GAMIVO and Żabka Polska have unveiled the details of the new stage of their cooperation. As a result, video games will join the prizes available to customers using the Żappka mobile application.
The cooperation between GAMIVO and Żabka, the fastest-growing chain of convenience stores in Poland, began in the spring. During its first stage (April 20 to 26), customers had a chance to receive a random video game after purchasing two LevelUp energy drinks. The promotion was a massive success. Consequently, games from GAMIVO will be available in Żappka again, this time for a much longer period. Customers collecting loyalty points (called Żapps) will be able to spend their Żapps on games activated on the GAMIVO platform.
“The Żappka mobile app, which has already been downloaded by more than 10 million users, provides customers with the convenience of using our convenience ecosystem solutions. We are constantly expanding the listing of available services. From now on, thanks to the cooperation with GAMIVO, users of Żappka can exchange their Żapps, i.e. points collected in the loyalty program, not only for products selected in the store but also for free video games. This is another step towards activating and increasing the engagement of our customers” says Dino Metaxas, Head of Digital Acceleration in Żabka Polska.
The promotion will be available while stocks last and should be very popular, as this time, customers won’t have to buy any particular product to receive a game.
“GAMIVO consequently works on its reputation as a platform that can offer its users something exceptional and find unique ways of reaching new customers. Therefore, we’re delighted that, thanks to us, video games are available in the Żappka mobile application,” stated GAMIVO CMO Bartłomiej Skarbiński.
Żabka Polska is not only an important partner of GAMIVO but also the one that enabled the platform to enter the FMCG sector and reach new customers in the process. Besides Żabka, the list of GAMIVO’s business associates includes such renowned companies as gaming gear and accessories manufacturers Hama, Genesis, and Diablo Chairs, a cloud gaming platform Boosteroid, and renowned video game developers Wargaming and Plarium.
