The Warsaw Stock Exchange has set the first day of listing for GAMIVO’s issued class C shares. Their debut on the NewConnect market is scheduled for 17 October 2023.
At the beginning of October, GAMIVO applied for the designation of the first day of listing on the NewConnect market of 1,007,500 class C shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each. On 11 October, the WSE announced a resolution indicating that their debut was scheduled for October 17, 2023.
Distribution of record profits
The issue of C shares, like the share buyback, is part of the distribution with shareholders of the record profit made by GAMIVO in 2022. Each investor who held GAMIVO shares on 30 June this year received complimentary shares issued at a ratio of 1:1. The EGM decided that the company could allocate PLN 15 million for the share buyback. So far, two invitations to sell have been issued. Both have attracted a great deal of interest, with shares purchased for a total of PLN 10 million.
