With the new functionality, customers have gained the ability to pay with credit and debit cards through PayPal. In addition, as part of an ongoing marketing campaign, selected PayPal users received a coupon with a discount to use on GAMIVO.
GAMIVO has had many successful collaborations, and is now developing a co-marketing partnership with a well-known brand in the field of online payments – PayPal. As part of a co-marketing campaign between the two brands, PayPal users received a newsletter with a discount code entitling them to an 11 percent discount on the GAMIVO platform between March 7 and April 10, 2023. Users may use the discount code only when paying for purchases with a shopping cart value of up to €30 using the standard PayPal payment option*.

GAMIVO has been working with PayPal for a long time and is now developing the possibility to pay with credit and debit cards. The gaming service is one of the first places where this solution is being tested. Both parties are extremely satisfied with it.

In this case, we introduced another card payment provider to reduce the risk of not being able to pay by card on our site when other payment providers are, for example, temporarily unavailable. PayPal also provides a high level of security, including fraud protection, account security, and data encryption, which makes many people eager to use it,” explains Tomasz Lewandowski.
PayPal is a well-known payment method, popular mostly because of its commitment to ensuring the security of customers’ transactions during online purchases. Users don’t have to provide credit card details for each transaction, all they need is an email address or cell phone number previously assigned to a PayPal account. Another advantage is that users can pay in other currencies using a Zloty account**. The system offers many other interesting solutions that make payments more straightforward and convenient.
