On March 20, GAMIVO presented a report summarizing the company’s activities in 2024. The time was marked by innovations and improvements on the platform, which translated into results. The company recorded PLN 17.2 million in revenue, 5.5 million in net profit, and EBITDA of PLN 7.4 million.
“Each quarter of 2024 would reveal new potential. This was a dynamic and active time for GAMIVO, marked by the introduction of new products and categories. GAMIVO is today a platform that offers an increasingly broad product range. Of course, video games remain at its core, but additionally, clients can reach for recently introduced mobile game top-ups. Diversifying the offer helps attract users, whose number reached nearly 5.95 million by the end of 2024”, says Mateusz Śmieżewski, CEO GAMIVO S.A.
The implemented strategy is also visible in the financial results. In the fourth quarter of 2024, GAMIVO reported an adjusted net profit of 2.8 million, with EBITDA of PLN 2.9 million. Revenues in the period in question amounted to PLN 5.6 million.
“It is worth pointing out that the higher revenues in the fourth quarter are due to the settlement of long-term IT projects underway during 2024. According to the schedule, their completion and final settlement took place just in the last quarter, which significantly influenced the results for this period,” explains Tomasz Lewandowski, GAMIVO S.A. board member.
Throughout 2024, the company generated PLN 17.2 million in revenue, net profit amounted to PLN 5.5 million, and EBITDA increased by 20 percent year-on-year to reach PLN 7.4 million. The company launched a new category for the mobile market in September. It also prepared solutions to facilitate further diversification of its product portfolio.
“We are diversifying the platform’s activities, which allows us to increase our target customer base. Implementing new types of products is important in the context of expanding our business and opening up to new industries and markets. This strategy is yielding good results, so we want to consistently develop the service in this direction,” adds Bartłomiej Skarbiński, GAMIVO S.A. board member.
The company aims to expand its offer in 2025. It is also exploring the implementation of AI technology to enhance customer service, among other initiatives. The cumulative number of users of the GAMIVO platform as of the end of December 2024 has already reached nearly 5.95 million people (an increase of 171,000 QoQ), and the number of suppliers has reached 1,523.
